Whoa Dude! Returns Policy

Whoa Dude! wants you to be happy with your purchase, and if you're not, we want to make things right. We understand that buying clothing online, without having seen, touched and tried on the actual product, might mean you get something that doesn't fit, the child doesn't like, or just isn't what you expected for some reason.

Our returns policy is pretty simple:

  • US & Canada: You may return any purchase within 15 days of purchase for exchange or refund. Unfortunately we cannot provide returns for other countries -- all sales are final.
  • The item(s) must be in perfectly new, unused, unwashed condtion, with original tags and packaging intact.
  • Original shipping charges are not refundable.
  • Customer pays for shipping of returned items. We will pay for shipping of the replacement item (if any).

How to return an item

  1. Start an RMA ("Return Merchandise Authorization") request. You can follow the "REQUEST RMA" link at the bottom of every page, or just click here.
  2. Fill in the Order Id (something like "10001234") on the invoice that came with your order and in the email confirmations you received.
  3. Fill in the Email address you used when you placed your order (check the invoice if you don't remember). Click SUBMIT REQUEST.
  4. There's a brief form for you to tell us what items you're returning and to let us know if you'd like a refund or an exchange. You can add some comments there if you like.
  5. Click SUBMIT REQUEST. Our customer support folks will acknowledge the request during business hours, and will send you an email.
  6. Be sure to print out the RMA page that comes with the email and include it in the package (we don't want to mix up your return with someone else's!)
  7. Merchandise must be returned in new condition with original packaging.
  8. Send the package back to us at:

Make sure you apply sufficient postage to the package.

That's it! Once we receive the returned merchandise, we'll process your return request. Please allow 7-10 days for processing.
